The bill makes important changes to Section 34 of the Criminal Code so that force is presumed to be justified if used against an illegal intruder. Conservatives first announced the ‘Stand on Guard’ principle back in August, asking the government to introduce legislation in the fall session.

are we ever going to get a conservative majority ever again? or have the liberals imported too many voters at this point where its basically impossible

The only way they never get a majority again is if the country ceases to exist. As long as the liberals are in power they are going to screw somethings up and at some point people start to care. That could be next year, it could be 4 years, but it will definitely happen again.
