News / Politics / Activism Stand on Guard - Conservative Party of Canada

https://www.conservative.ca/stand-on-guard-2/

The bill makes important changes to Section 34 of the Criminal Code so that force is presumed to be justified if used against an illegal intruder. Conservatives first announced the ‘Stand on Guard’ principle back in August, asking the government to introduce legislation in the fall session.

With a liberal majority, no way this passes.

Without a drastic change in the conservative party, they will not be getting a majority any time soon with Pierre.

It's just the conservatives saying shit to sound like they care.

I don't understand why so many seem to think the conservatives aren't politicians and even if they got a majority they wouldn't completely back track on how many promises like every politician does.

They had plenty of time when Harper was pm to make changes, did they? No, because they're just as full of shit as the liberals are.
