News / Politics / Activism Stand on Guard - Conservative Party of Canada

https://www.conservative.ca/stand-on-guard-2/

The bill makes important changes to Section 34 of the Criminal Code so that force is presumed to be justified if used against an illegal intruder. Conservatives first announced the ‘Stand on Guard’ principle back in August, asking the government to introduce legislation in the fall session.

The Liberals won. No question. The greens are reduced to one the bloq was decimated the NDP are down to 6 and the CPC keep bleeding MPs to the Liberals because a decade of sensationalist attack politics left them in the same place they were 10 years ago but with a worse leader.

The Liberals won and with PP at the helm the CPC can only lose.
