Gun and gear reviews Pinned Wrong?

Post image

I bought 2BX-25 mags from a Canadian online supplier. Tried loading them today and they won't accept the 10th round. I reached out to Customer Service and was told "Unfortunately due to the way these magazines are pinned, many of them end up only holding 9 rounds." Isn't it more likely somebody is drilling and pinning your mags wrong"if the rivet was an 1/8" lower it would take the intended 10 rounds without issue.

Am I wrong to be peeved??

Am I allowed to move the rivet and pin it to its legal capacity?

Drill new hole. Insert new rivet. Remove old rivet. Ensure that you are not wrong. If right, brag on Reddit. If wrong, welp, instant jail! See next paragraph.

If you remove the old rivet first... BOOM! Prohibited device, may as well posess a full auto machine gun. Instant danger to society. Reprehensible person, you.

CLARITY: NAL. Not legal advice. What you do in the privacy of your home is up to you. Just don't live stream it. Just in case.
