So cool dude, people keep telling me to get the 10/22 and to customize that, but anytime I see a cool ass TM22 like yours, I shift toward that.

Does it shoot smoothly?

You could get both. The 10/22 does have a much larger aftermarket but the TM22 market is growing within Canada. I believe Alex recently made a new trigger for the TM22, 2 stage, I assume he will be releasing it in the future but I think is still finishing up prototyping. Dlask Arms also made some short barrels for these, not sure if they're still making them anymore though.

Plus the top charging handle kits from Tommy/Alex are pretty sweet and really complete the mini-AR look and feel.

I've owned a few TM22s and only has issues with 1, but it was a simple fix I could do at home (extractor not releasing spent casings, just needing some polishing.

The new 16" Pro models are pretty reasonably priced too nowadays, they start at $499 for the black model, significantly less than the $600-$650 that the previous gen 18" models were (different importer brought them in at a lower price this time, and kindly offered them to retailers much cheaper hence why the Pro models are 20% cheaper).

They're really fun little plinkers and surprisingly accurate too. Almost all the issues with them have been ironed out now.
