First and foremost, this is a Canadian Gun subreddit, so keep it at least decently related to both of those things.

This thread is not for general politics, there are plenty other subs that are meant for that. Off-topic threads may be removed, especially if they are leading to personal attacks, flame wars, etc.

To prevent the main sub being flooded with dozens of similar threads, text posts complaining about/asking about/chatting about gun politics will be sent here.

We understand that politics is a touchy subject, and at times things can get heated. A reminder of the subreddit rules, when commenting, where subreddit users are expected to abide.

Keep this Canadian gun politics related and polite. Off-topic stuff, flame wars, negative generalizations against groups, personal attacks and gate-keeping will be removed. Please flag any comments to bring to the attention of mods otherwise exercise your upvoting and downvoting ability.

At a certain point, no amount of state propaganda will outdo how shitty the quality of life is. The worse question is, how much is it gonna take and how long is it gonna take?

Dude the propaganda can always outpace shit quality of life, especially when we have boomers and more and more immigrants voting for the party that let them in. 

It doesnt matter if every young person is homeless and destitute, the old will see with their eyes and hear with their ears, but as it goes agaisnt the TV they will not change. 

This is the boomer. The enemy of the young. A very 1984 scenario.

and by the time theyre thankfully gone, there will be so many you know whats here that will build and worship idols to liberals who give their cousins visas. Take a look at MPs in immigrant areas and how 90% of the nonsense they try to push in the HoC ( more visas, faster visa processing, extend visas)

My local MP has 5 star reviews on google, all of which thank them for getting a cousin,brother, sister or other relatives work permits or visas.
