Fix my gun SKS side rail with Hush stock

Wondering if anyone has attempted to/successfully installed a combloc side rail (molot or similar) on their SKS in a Hush Holster stock? How much did the stock need to be filed down, if at all?

I'm a machinist. If you can help me source one of those, I'll make a small batch of reproduction parts.
