Fix my gun SKS side rail with Hush stock

Wondering if anyone has attempted to/successfully installed a combloc side rail (molot or similar) on their SKS in a Hush Holster stock? How much did the stock need to be filed down, if at all?

For what it's worth the Crazy Ivan mount clears without modifications. Might be able to compare pictures and get an idea.

Good to know, but ideally I'd like a combloc optic as well preferably not a weaver/1913 mount.
