Buy recommendations Backland Hunter Elite - Thoughts??

Yeah yeah I know it’s likely just another cope garbage rod…but let a man dream lol. Anyone think it could be decent?

Sounds like the elite features a heavier buffer and spring, as well as some changes to the bolt carrier. Could the improvements make this thing at least somewhat reliable out of the box?

When MSRP for the vanilla is already 1.8k, why do you need to release an elite tier that has features that sound like it will be reliable?

My thought is they’re going to quietly sunset the originals or drop the price considerably. $1.5k for one you gotta work on out of the box and $2k for something halfway decent
