Fix my gun Canuck Operator bolt head failure

Buddy brought out his Canuck Operator tonight and we ran it like we usually do. We were shooting a mix of miscellaneous ammo: target loads, 3” steel birdshot, and 2 3/4" slugs.

On the last string, we had a failure to extract. Upon inspection, the shell was expanded and stuck in the chamber, the primer was sticking out of the brass, and the bolt head basically exploded.

Never seen this happen before.

I think panzer is the best quality when it comes to m4 clones

I have yet to see many complaints about panzer m4s. I always see complaints about Canuck, sulun, etc
