Yes their is real life card pistols. This looks like a knockoff, the cartridge even appears to have a plastic "bullet" in it.

Yep this is a toy I have a fidget one that looks like a zippo, and shoots little darts inside brass cases that contain a spring. Red tip darts, you can even see the little release plunger on the end of the shell.

Holy smokes, so they confiscated a toy. Although, they will no doubt call it a replica, which is technically correct, but I can't see how anybody other than a gun nut would perceive that to be a firearm.

Guy on the ebike must have been a special kind of idiot to manage to get himself searched in a traffic stop. I bet he told the cop that the thing was a gun, otherwise most cops wouldn't have had a clue what that thing was.

They do this all the time, pictures of bb gun uzi's. Crossman bb gun ar's. Bb and pellet pistols that look like the real deal. Sometimes they will say its a replica but I have seen several police bust posts that list them as firearms. It's to stir up the liberal voting base, look at the scary guns (toys). See how well we are doing our jobs. Funny thing is my whole late teenage and adult life I've known people that can get ahold of an illegal firearm if your willing to pay. Almost everybody knows somebody that knows someone that can. But its so hard for cops and border agents to stop them. Almost like some people in charge of our safety are on the take. Hell working in Ottawa (stone mason) I've pointed out crack houses to the police. You see the druggies in an out all day long, week after week. Yep we know, can't do anything. Excuse me???

bb guns and airsoft get around the replica ban because they classify as firearms. They are firearms you can possess without a PAL. To be classified as a replica, they must be unable to fire a projectile that can cause serious bodily harm. bodily harm is defined as damaging an eyeball. So if you can't put an eye out with it, it's illegal, but if you can, it is legal. Try to figure that one out!!!

Funny thing with that law too, the second a replica airsoft or bb/pellet gun breaks it is now an illegal replica. Making the owner a criminal. Technically they are not classed as firearms though because they dont meet feet per second threshold (over 500 fps). They do however become a firearms if used in a crime.

LOL, Canadian gun laws. I'm sure cops just love finding this weird stuff and having to try and figure out what it is and if it's illegal or not.

Yep another good one with pellet and air soft is, if you get pulled over and have them in your vehicle just laying there, its up to the officer if they want to charge you with improper transport. Because they're not guns, but they look like guns, but also they are not guns lol
