If you zoom in on the top left photo it says "Lifecard .22WMR" at the top

You have the choice to choose the caliber when you order. It's ether .22LR or .22WMR, but the one in the picture is wmr

Why does the case look so much thicker then normal? The bullet looks comically small.

Because it's a toy from AliExpress, even the bullet, look at the tip red plastic. Go to AliExpress and search card gun. It's a toy,
