Looks cute, I'm not sure I'd want to "assault" anything with it though.

It won't be on the buy back just prohibited, so you just have to destroy it and no you dont not need to provide proof of destruction. But be sure to not have it if they ever come looking.

I hope not. I'm a lawyer so I can't risk getting charges if it does get prohibited. Rip

All you would have to do is destroy it. You can even send a letter saying such. But you do not need to provide proof. If it happens do this, its away to piss them off and hamper their disarming efforts. They want to account for these guns. They want the headlines, 1 million guns turned in. See everybody its worked. They can't if they physically dont have them and the possibility of them still be out there angers them. But of course they wouldn't be because you are a law abiding citizen and would destroy it.

Just note that if you report it destroyed they record the serial number. If later bans are lifted by some magical being, and you lied (it’s a crime) about the destruction you still cant use it without risking charges. Only destroy on October 31.

Yes this is the way, im not advocating for any one to hide there guns. But do not turn them over. If its a super expensive ar build I get it, get some money if you can. If its a banned non restricted that wasn't that pricey, or is just now a prohib with no money being offered just destroy your self.
