Sterling arms and Shooting Edge

With the news of The Shooting Edge closing doors, does anyone have any information or knowledge as to how this affect Sterling Arms operation in the future. Specifically the release of the r18 mk3 as well as replacement parts for the r18 mk2?

JR is far too savvy a business guy to tie the two entities together. Sterling will not have any issues
