Yes, Canadaammoshop.com and primersshop.ca are scams. They will just steal your money.
In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

RPAL Timeline, Alberta applicant:
04 Nov 2022 - Sent paper application via registered mail
10 Nov 2022 - Application received by RCMP
08 Dec 2022 - Credit card charged
15 June 2023 - Follow up email sent to Alberta Chief Firearms Office asking for an update/if there was any assistance I could provide to expedite the process
17 July 2023 - Response to follow up email received stating processing is completed and card has been mailed out (confirmed with my references & spouse that none of them were contacted)
