Yes, Canadaammoshop.com and primersshop.ca are scams. They will just steal your money.

Why rather than transfer to friend or family etc

Ah man.. well . Never know. They should at least give you a credit etc or somehow able to get it back if you change mind

Ah that is upsetting .. will take some time to get over it . You may change mind and get back into the scene one day depending on reasons for surrendering . Sry to hear
