Yes, Canadaammoshop.com and primersshop.ca are scams. They will just steal your money.

Filling out the PAL application, applying online, passport expired so i cant use that at the moment, could i use my health card?, for the online application it does list Health Card as a type of ID, but many places dont accept Health Card as valid ID, so im just wondering if its to bait people out of 60 bucks
