Hi everyone,

I’m selling a non restricted firearm and the buyer (who has a valid PAL) wants to have a family member (who has a valid PAL) pick it up for him. I’m just wondering what the legality of this is?

Now, if the family member were buying it and you verified that person's PAL… OK
