New factory x39 is made all the time by many many companies. New guns that use the rounds are also being built and designed. Its not going anywhere.

Assuming .303 is a typo, 7.62 Soviet and 303 British are available now commercial production.

My LGS has stacks of 1500 round crates @ 500$ a pop right now.. there's still tons out there ripe for the picking. Unless you shoot a ton of it, pick up a couple crates and enjoy it while you can!
