Yes, Canadaammoshop.com and primersshop.ca are scams. They will just steal your money.

If you are going for your RPAL It opens up selection of available fire arms

What are the limitations? Ex : let's say I want to buy a SPAS12 shotgun and a AK-47

You can get restricted with the Rpal. Short barreled semi auto rifles, handguns if they weren't already banned.

The ak47 is prohibited so you can't get one. You can look up on armalytics to see if things are NR, R, P.
