Unfortunately you're wrong, Germany in the 1930s was one of the most advanced and civilized nations on earth and they ended up democratically electing a tyrant. And their DNA isn't any different than our DNA or anyone else's, the hunger for absolute power is human nature, hence why you need a system of checks and balances. As for my ideas yes I am still free to express them and there's nothing to be ashamed about.

Plus it's not like this is anything groundbreaking lol, this is the exact reason why the second amendment exists in the US and used to be common knowledge (fortunately still is in some parts). Sadly a lot of people these days don't read history as closely as they should to learn lessons from it.

Edit: responding to the comment below:

100% agreed, we need to vote the current government out. I never said there was currently government tyranny so obviously the way out is to vote him out of office. I said if and when there is tyranny then guns are a last line of defense because by definition tyrannies don't respect elections.

Buddy you have a better chance protecting yourself from “Canadian tyranny” by voting not with a gun gravy seal
