No, the time RCMP commits to process is 45 days. Without checking boxes there is no excuse. Anyone that decides to simply accept anything beyond 45 days is being taken for a ride because they are too afraid to be deemed a naughty boy.
OP should email / call / have references call / MP / ombudsman / etc
