Can anyone offer some insight on this (I'm aware these timeliness are grossly inconsistent person to person)

I got my pal issued and had the please call if you don't see it in 2 weeks status (was approved in 31 days so rather fast) however it's now been over 2 weeks I called the help line and was given my pal number and the status was checked as still in queue for printing and hasn't shipped yet. How long did this process take for others?

I believe you can still make purchases using just your number until the actual license arrives
