I keep calling to get an update on my PAL application, submitted February 20th online, it still says the status is successfully submitted, I just want to call and ask for an update but it keeps hanging up on me, so fucking frustrating, how do others get through to someone?

Try emailing them. I got mine approved within an hour after I emailed my CFO

edit: Make sure you're checking the right spot for your application status too. It should be in the individual web services part of the RCMP site, not your MyCFP account.

oh shit you're right I was checking the wrong thing this whole time. It says initial review completed, I'm in AB where would I email? I appreciate the help man

Which email did you use exactly?
I mailed in my application May of last year in Ontario, and still waiting.
