If i buy a gsg15 today, will i have to surrender it when c21 moves forward ?

Referring to the Bill C-21 amendments that got repealed like three weeks ago?

The gsg 15 and 16 are still on the ban list.

Question is will i have to surrender if they get officially banned or will it just be no.more.sold.

C-21 Amendment G46, which contained the GSG 15 and 16 by name, has been withdrawn. If C21 were to pass as-is, they would not be impacted. However, what the government tries to do next is anyone's guess.
