You might want to talk to your cfo or some other good non rcmp sources. This is a rare thing but Ive seen it asked occassionally. There is a whole clusterf**k about the status of AR reg cards since they were nullified/revoked/whatever the 2020 oic called it which is why I suspect (though I have no hard proof) they are not showing up. I would strongly err on the side of caution and exhaust all avenues of inquiry here.

Thats oddly interesting that you wouldn't need an ATT in this scenario. Back when they were not evil incarnate you would have needed an ATT to relocate it.

Appreciate the reply nevertheless. Gonna save this info since it might be relevant for my AR at some point.
