Does anyone know where I can print off my conditions sheet (RCMP GRC 5641)? The original I received with my license some years ago has almost entirely faded away and I cannot find a print off anywhere online.

Well shit. Today I went to pick up a new gun from cabellas and the guy behind the counter said that I don’t need the form though since my license (2020) has the conditions attached.
