SECU Meeting next Tuesday to discuss the removal of G-46 and G-4, and will likely attempt to reintroduce them.

Edit: I do understand the reason the amendments were removed but the Liberals stated that they will either reintroduce them or make them their own bill after "getting it right"

Is there any evidence so far to suggest they are actually going to try and reintroduce the semi-auto ban in this bill beyond what they stated about "getting it right"? Everything I've heard so far - from both people who think and don't think a semi auto ban is coming, have said that it would be ruled out of scope in this bill and that they will most likely introduce another one to do so.

There is really no evidence of anything at this point regarding the Bill/amendments.

Other than a couple tweets from Mendicino and Michaud about further actions and finding out about the NDP stuffing Macgregor back into the cupboard, we're in the dark until Tuesday.
