So I don't know alot about guns but does the withdrawal of Bill C-21 mean that pistols will be on the market again with an RPAL? If not, what can you even get after the ban with an RPAL?

C-21 was not withdrawn. The amendments the liberals tried to add to C-21 to ban many long guns were withdrawn.
