I just had my BC transfer from early October cleared, should be done any day now.

Edit: Definitely a surge. FOC sent this email

Please be advised, the volume of transfer approvals being received daily is currently in excess of our daily shipping capacity. Delays are being experienced as a result.

Please allow 3-10 business days for your tracking to update. We are working through the backlog as quickly as we can.

Hopefully they are able to sustain the rate and get my hand guns before mid March!
