The LPC has less incentive because their poll numbers have dropped hard. If they call an election it's to try and satisfy Trudeau's ego and attempt to gain a minority government before it becomes impossible to get any government.
If an election is called, it is more likely to come from a non-confidence motion. It all depends on the NDP and if they have the money to fight an election and/or if they believe they could make significant (i.e. official opposition status) gains.
It is very possible there is an election, but absolutely nothing is guaranteed. What I can say is that I am extremely confident there won't be an election during the 2024 presidental election.
