Hi, I just received a letter saying they can’t process my card. On the letter they said I can either call them to pay by credit card, or make a payment payable to receiver general. Just want to make sure, can I put my new card info on the paper and mail it back instead of calling them or attach a cheque?

Is this for your pal application? Did you use a debit-visa, because they won’t accept those. I would think the fastest way would be to call and then hopefully they can try and process the payment while you are on the phone to make sure it’s successful. Granted I do know the phone lines are still filled up.
