Hi all!

Quick one regarding my application. I’m in Ontario by the way!

My PAL application was received Dec 05 2022, and charged shortly after. It has said that my application was processed and my license issued for about 3-4 weeks now. I called the RCMP since the note mentions to call if you don’t receive the card in two weeks, and the person on the phone told me they haven’t printed it yet.

Felt like I got lucky and was in the home stretch, but now I’m wondering how long printing can take.

Has anyone else have to wait a long time for their card even though the site says it was already issued?

Anywhere from a month to four months. Mine took almost seven months.

Just to print the card eh?? Darn. Guess I’m not out of the woods yet.

Losing my mind just browsing all of the rifles that I want online every day 😂

I applied via mail actually

  • Application received at RCMP 12.05.2022
  • Card Charged on 12.22.2022
  • 01.15.2023 I saw the update that my application was processed, and license issued.
  • Called 01.31.2023 because it was over two weeks. and they said it hasn’t been printed yet. No other info unfortunately :/

Mine was the same received date and CC charge date except mine said processed and license issued on 01/09/23 or 01/10/23. Haven’t been able to get through to CFO since it hangs up on me. (1 5 2 dialed on the auto phone system)
