Probably a silly question but do I just need the firearms safety course completed to send off for my PAL? Does anyone have an idea how long it would take from now as someone that just completed their safety courses to eventually get my RPAL? I assume 3 years at the speed the government processes stuff lol.

You need the completed course and then you need to do the paperwork you can find online and send it in with your course results. It was 48 days from paperwork to getting my licence for me, but that was a long time ago.
