How do I get ahold of somebody by phone to check the status of my PAL application. We are going on 5 months and tried to call today. I selected the “all other inquires” option and then the line immediately hung up on me. I tried this twice. How do I actually get ahold of somebody? I’m in Alberta.

You don’t, welcome to the club lol. My licence has been approved for six weeks but I can’t get a hold of them to find out if it’s been printed or sent. Alberta as well.
