Cfo doesnt print they only authorize. You need to call the CFP out in NB.

They just hang up on you though.

You can also email them or use the online portal. Point being that CFP are the ones that physically print the PAL cards and thus the only ones who can tell ya if its been sent to the printer or mailed.

I was approved November 21st and still haven’t got my card.

I called at the end of December and was told the printer was “broken” and just got fixed, and that I was in the queue. I’ll probably call again tomorrow and get the same response.

I was approved on the 12th and I got my card today

Approved on the 16th of Dec, received Monday in AB. Should be coming in the next week or two.
