When changing address with restricted firearms do you just need to change your license address or do you also need an Att to take to the new address, first time moving with my firearms

Yes, to both. You need to ask for an ATT because it isn't a usual destination.

I haven't done it in a while but I think you can do an online ATT request and address change at the same. Otherwise call in asking for an address change and ATT.
