CC charged Nov 6th still showing "We have completed the intial review", in Alberta so it's taking a little bit for sure if anyone is wondering. Mailed in not online (had no idea you could do it online insturctors are still giving paper applications to mail in no mention of online from my experiance)

My application was received Dec 5th and CC charged Dec 22nd. I think it was a few days before or after Christmas that my application was processed. Since about the 9th or 10th of January mine has said “license has been issued”. Followed by the “if you have not received it within two weeks call #” But I haven’t received it in the mail and it’s now been three weeks and the CFP phone system automatically hangs up on me. Sent an email to the Alberta CFO to get an update and haven’t heard anything yet. Fingers crossed it shows up in the next day or two as there’s a gun show I’d like to attend on the weekend with the ability to make a purchase.

license has been iss

About the same timeline as yours, but I did get them on the phone Yesterday. Even if the web portal says “license has been issued”, the lady told me that the license was still not printed because of the new layout of the cards. She told me that it should be printed and mailed in the next 2-3 weeks...
