Hey, apparently my pal was printed and mailed out on the 12th but its the 25th now and it still hasnt shown up. Lady on the phone said to give it 2-4 weeks. Is this considered normal? Getting pretty concerned since over 2 weeks for a card to reach ontario from new brunswick ain’t normal to me.

Mine says it was shipped November 21, 2022 and I’m still waiting. I called December 21 and they said the printer was broken but just got fixed, so my card actually didn’t get shipped.

I called on Monday and they said the printer just got back up and running. Told me my license was being printed the last week of December originally, but when I spoke to them Monday they said it was being printed this week. I should be "expecting it in the mail" in the next two weeks.

They’ll say the same thing in July when we call for the 5th time.

At least I got my number, just need to wait until I get the physical card to get my first rifle.

You may or may not be able to make purchases online with your PAL number and expiry date (5 years after year of purchase on your birthday). Hypothetically in a parallel universe of course.
