Just about to get my non restricted license and was thinking of getting the following rifles any suggestions?

-SKS(because it's cheap and has canadain roots)

-Type 81

-Some sort of AR180 variation either the...

 - Crusader Arms templar 

 - WS-MCR

 - looking at a few others (anyone know a currently in stock, fancy AR180 variant that has less QC issues than the WK180-c G2 and the MCR?)

Any input is appreciated (side note, inheritance will give me a Turkish clone M4 and a 17HMR bolt action)

SKS is a Canadian tradition, but no Canadian roots....

As for the AR-180b variant, what is your price range? The G36 (not a AR-180b but quite similar) has no quantity issues, but is fairly pricey.

Yes tradition is a better word to describe the SKS and canada.

I cant seem to find the G36 in stock anywhere. 6,000 for the gun alone, without accessories would be pushing it for me. I would say my budget will be about 4000 for a gun without accessories.
