Best rifles in 7.62x39/.223, either semi/manual, for ~ 1150?

if you can stretch 1199+tax the T81 that Tactical Imports still has is well worth the price. One of the most reliable semi autos you can possibly get for the price. Ammo's cheaper than .223 rifles too
