As someone who eventually wants to be a registered gun owner in canada, should i be worried about this temporary freeze?

In the future long term maybe

Right now.. only if you want a handgun, AR platform or a SBR in the near future or at all

Liberals are in power for a bit still and likely it will be law before he's voted out if that happens...ffs

Why did you tack in SBR? There was no change.

Them and AR platforms not already being "tack"-ed are the most likely next step to full gun control. Anything that looks like it's not for hunting other then center fire low capacity firearms and shotguns. Rifles are nest after they basically make restricted ones unavailable. Who wants to shoots a SBR anyways they're terribly inaccurate even if out for fun they're wastes of ammo that could be used in a real gun that PAL can get ya

Well no S we won't know till laws pass its speculation given the pms intentions with firearms. It's not like what he's doing is screaming... lets allow automatics and more hand guns... so it's completely obvious it's going the other way like I described and that being the most logical course of action for the liberals and they're agenda.

Take it to the politics thread, don't confuse newbies with nonexistent laws, thanks.
