Weekly Newbies & FAQ Thread - Post your questions here for PAL/RPAL application, timelines, CFSC/CFSRC, references & requirements, or general new to firearms ownership -type questions

This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

Congratulations, but man it is realllyy starting to grate on me, how the hell is everyone who sent theirs after I sent mine getting approved? Like seriously what's going on? There should be literally nothing to constitute me not getting approved.

I totally feel this also... I'm still waiting from a may 6 date when they finish the 28 day assessment... there is nothing yoy can do they don't pick up the phone or email yoy back only the CFO does and he can't help yoy as CFP is responsible for the application process they just issue the licenses.
