For anyone in AB, I just got through to the CFO and had my transfers approved (yay!). If you call now and get put in the queue wait time is about 30 mins.

Ext is 9026.

Awesome! What was your overall timeline from the day of the purchase?

12 weeks. Ordered mid July. And a second from mid august. Didnt really start calling until 2 weeks ago and even then only did maybe a half dozen attempts on a given day. Office is closed now or shortly but I called just the once today just after 1300 so that might be a better window than first thing in the morning.

Much appreciated! Mine is mid July and no news so far. I'll try to call. Which number did you call with that extension?

Awesome, thank you! I thought provincial office has its own number, but now I see this is a general number for Canada. Congrats with approval and again thanks for sharing this info!
