Anyone else here have issues when calling cfo office and they hang up or it says the call failed after being on hold for 20 mins? Ontario

Some eventually get through. Persistence is key but if you are just calling to ask when something will be completed by them, they don't know.

Just had this happen. Randomly hung up after 20 minutes then when I call back it it’s too busy and hangs up

Yeah just keep trying. I usually own fail once or twice before connecting to an agent

Yup. 17 calls yesterday and eventually reached someone. Persistence is key lol
