Weekly Newbies & FAQ Thread - Post your questions here for PAL/RPAL application, timelines, CFSC/CFSRC, references & requirements, or general new to firearms ownership -type questions

This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

Anyone in Ontario have their restricted transfer approved in the past couple of days? If so, please post the first 4 digits of your reference number.

And before anyone says check the spreadsheet - it’s a nice guideline but it is based on averages.

The CGN spreadsheet - which I look at daily - is based on averages rather than true numbers.

You need to remove your Google sheets session ID or the sheet won't load for other people.

crike! I was trying to help answer that person's question. I am not familiar with goggle sheets. Somebody else kindly have a link that works please?

In the mean time I promise I will view YouTube vid on that topic.

Its a useful link I copied but doesn't like to be 'pasted' :-) otherwise I wouldn't bother posting here. Yawn.

I did, 12 seconds before I replied to you.

Just delete the last bit of the url that says htmlview#gid=...

Just letting you know that you should trim that sort of stuff
