Calling the BC CFO, 8:30 on the dot. 5 calls, got put on hold 2 times both hunt up after 2 minutes. Now it’s the can’t take your call line playing. Wish me luck.

Edit 9:12 after 10 calls and being put on hold a few times, I got through and had my transfer done over the phone.

Persistence is how it is done! My last transfer here in Alberta took me 18 calls and 23 minutes on hold. That was after a bunch of failed call attempts the day before.
