5 call attempts today to the BC CFO

Get through on attempt 4, call drops while on hold

Attempt 5 goes through again and I manage to get my information and question off, call drops while on hold.

Horse Shoe luck so far today 🤞

Edit: and we’re approved for transfer baby!!

I am on call 63, was on hold 3 times, all dropped after ~10 minutes.

Edit: now it says their office is currently closed. this message was played after my 4th time on hold, this time for 29 minutes. All new calls just plays the message that their office is closed.

Frustrating as hell, guess I’ll try again tomorrow.

Early morning seems to be the best bet for success, within the first hour or so.

Did they not call you back?

When they were doing my transfer over the phone they said if the call disconnects, wait for them to call back.

Never got a call back.

They asked me if I was okay to hold, and it dropped after 5mins.

Received the email maybe 10mins after the call dropped.

The email saying everything was processed?

Yes. Attached it had the transfer notification stating that everything had been processed and that I may now take procession of them.

Sounds like you managed to get all the info across before the call dropped. Congrats!

Mine dropped on hold too. Absolutely gutted.

Edit: 18 attempts, 3 have gone to hold. All 3 were dropped before being answered. The last one being 15mins (gave me some serious false hope).

2nd Edit: Got two phones at my desk and calling from both at the same time. We are up to 36 attempts, 5 successful to hold. All 5 dropped.

Honestly just try early morning. My luck came through within the 1st hour of them being open.

89th time a charm. Got processed then and there on the call, morning is definitely the time to call.

Feel stupid for asking, would it be 8am BC time or ON time?

Edit: 9am BC time. Just incase anyone else was wondering.

2nd Edit: 89th time's a charm! Process right then and there. If you do get through, be nice to her, she's an absolute angel.
