I just passed my PAL and RPAL. Just waiting on the paperwork to come in the mail. Can anyone refer me to some reliable online stores specifically for handguns?

Whichever one will have stock, which, by the time you get your licence (5-6+months) might be none and the freeze might be in effect by then unfortunately… we don’t have the luxury of being picky on stores since the freeze was announced. I wish you luck👍

Thanks dude. I kinda figured that was going to be the case but maybe I’ll get lucky. Hopefully I’ll get to post a handgun here, but only time will tell.

You can still get restricted rifle, like SBR type. If nothing changed by then.

You're not buying a handgun.

Transfer freeze is expected to hit around October and it's going to take 4-6 months to get your license. You're SOL on buying handguns.

Mine is supposed to come in any day now, if I put in a purchase online sometime this month (I'm looking at a CZ 75 right now), would I still be good if the freeze comes in October?

Unfortunately it will probably be 4-9 months before you get your license though, so unless by some miracle this handgun freeze doesn't go into effect, you won't be getting a handgun.
