When I submitted my PAL application I attached both of my CFSC and CRFSC report. But I only choose to apply for PAL on the application….anyone knows if I can call them to change that or I can just wait till next time when I have to renew the license? Thanks

And wait many more months? Best of luck with the phone lines, it's totally worth an extra $5/year.

Yeah that was my concern….I better just wait for another year then…I don’t have to submit my CRFSC report again right? Since they already have my report on file

No, I think you should try to call in now and ask them to change it.
